In my case i have had alot of training as i go to a drama saturday school (GSA) and i found i had already been doing these techniques/exercises. For actors/actresses who are just starting to act this would be good. For experienced rubbish

This book is worth every penny; I auditioned for several drama schools this year and like thousands of applicants I failed to get a place. However, with the help of this book I truly believe my next audition will be far more successful. There is even some mention of Stanislavski and his methods, it leaves no stone unturned, it could make a big difference to your audition and really help you stand out.
