For an upcoming party, I want to make tapas. I ordered 5 different tapas books (also expensive books) and this one is my absolute favorite. It is a thick book, with lots of recipes, every recipe has a nice picture, the recipes are almost all very appealing and look doable. Not only for meat eaters but also for veggie lovers. It's a gem especially for this price. If you want one tapas book, buy this one.

Excellent book, easy to follow and ingredients easy to source too.
I made 3 dishes from it yesterday and they were lovely. I particularly enjoyed the Choritzo in Red Wine which was really easy to prepare and delicious, same as the garlic mushrooms which were quick and easy. I also made Potato Bravas which was a bit more of a challenge but not as difficult as I thought it would be although my kitchen looked like a bomb had gone off in it afterwards!
Anyone who has a double oven will have an easier time than I did though as having to cook 3 different dishes at once was a bit manic as I didn't have anywhere to keep them warm as also had other food in the oven! Was frantic fun though!
Only one grip and that is the text is absolutely tiny so I had to keep resorting to my reading glasses which was a bit annoying.

I purchased this book after reading my mum's copy. It covers a wide range of tapas dishes - both the essentials and some slightly different recipes. The recipes are all manageable, nothing TOO challenging which is brilliant - no-one wants a tapas night spent in the kitchen cooking. Also a nice quality book - would make a lovely gift. Overall a brilliant tapas book, hard to come by these days.

What a fantastic little book of Tapas dishes. Some very quick and easy and all excellently well presented and easy to follow. No flashy ingredients or time wasting "fancies" but good old fashioned nibbles for drinks.

One of the best cook books I have ever bought in that we have already used so many of the recipes. All work well and taste good. Range of easy and harder recipes too. It has even inspired me to adapt some of the recipes- especially the empanadillas- to suit ingredients I have.
If you want a book on Tapas, I doubt you can do much better than this one.

Lovely book
Went to Palma earlier in the year which inspired me to make my own Tapas when I got home. This is a lovely book, full of great recipes and mouth watering pictures.
