Feeling less and less like the youthful, sylph-like movie star you always wanted to be? Well, fear not. Nicky Hambleton-Jones, expert presenter of the hit Channel 4 series 10 Years Younger, is here to help.

Aimed at people of all ages, shapes, and sizes, this jargon-free guide to looking and feeling your best will provide the answers to all of these questions and more. Packed with expert advice on everything from changing your hairstyle to eating your way to better skin, it's bursting with insider knowledge from the cream of the beauty and fashion worlds.

Nothing inspiring,

I was really disappointed with this book as I enjoyed the series. If you like reading health and beauty books, then you will find nothing new or inspiring in this book. For me it was the same message,we've heard a thousand times before (especially the chapters on diet and food) and nothing different. Trinny and Susanna's book 'What Not to Wear' is far superior in the way it tackles this issue. Their original message on clothes, style, make-up, accessories etc is simply regurgitated in this book.If you are looking for some inspiration, and something different, then this is not the book for you. If you are looking for the same/usual messages (which you can find in a million magazines for women!), just re-hashed and put together into one book, then you will like this book.

Excellent book!,

I bought this book after watching and enjoying the TV series. Nicky Hambleton-Jones comes across as encouraging, sensible and realistic and her advice is achievable with a few lifestyle changes and a bit of commitment. She is a registered dietician so the diet section is particularly well informed and sensible. She does not advocate the faddy diets that go in and out of fashion but sensible changes that will make a difference. Probably the advice given in all the different chapters is nothing ground-breaking but the book is like the best and most realistic bits of Gillian McKeith and Trinny & Susannah all put together. The book is packaged and presented very nicely too. It is all presented in a way that motivates change. Definitely worth buying!!

the information in this book could have been written on the back of an envelope- drink lots of water, exercise and eat sensibley and stay out of the sun. It is a nicely produced book but not much else to recommend it.
