I bought this book as an aid to a new years resolution, and found that it was perfect for starting the year fully cleansed both inside and out. The diet was hard to follow and required a lot of will power but left me feeling wonderfully rejuvenated. However it did require quite a bit of time to prepare dinners and do the exercises. If you have little spare time, perhaps this book would be an impractical investment, but if you're planning a few weeks off and fancy doing yourself some good...i'd go for it!
