I have Lara Hudson's 10 Minute Solution Pilates and I enjoy that workout. This workout however is much more challenging. I felt results immediately in my muscles after doing the workouts. She takes you through 5 workouts, Upper Body, Lower Body, Abs, Total Body Burn and Flexibility.
She really puts you through your paces and is a great instructor. Gives exact instructions on everything from position to modifications for beginner, or advanced to breathing cues.
I recommend this DVD for someone with experience with Pilates.
She crams the most effective exercises into an effective program that is short. The 10 minutes just whip right by! I highly recommend it, but only after you have some strength in your core muscles first. This is definitely an advanced workout.
