I have only just got this dvd today and got started with it straight away. I have quite a few of the 10 minute solution dvds and so far I think this one has to be my favourite now. Having attempted the belly, butt and thigh blaster dvd also presented by Jessica Smith I was a bit nervous that this too might be a bit advanced for me but having seen video clips I thought this one looked fun and I do enjoy a challenge.

I would say this dvd is fine for all fitness levels. I am not super fit but I like to exercise most days. I managed to do the whole dvd in one go and I thought it was absolutely spot on. I am not normally a fan of dvds with these combat type manoeuvres as I don't have great co-ordination and tend to get lost/confused once they up the tempo. However, this was great, as it kept the moves nice and simple, was very easy to pick up and it gets your heart rate up. I wasn't huffing and puffing for the most part but there were one or two little bits that do get you like that (especially in Fat Attack & Knockout Body Blast). Even when I wasn't huffing and puffing much I could still tell I was definitely working out and worked up a little sweat too. The dvd has moves that target the whole body so you get a good all round workout.

The instructor is very encouraging and motivates you throughout and also gives you pointers about which part(s) of your body you should focus on and the way you should move them in order to get the most out of the exercise which I thought was great. It sounds cliche but honestly, with this dvd the time absolutely flies by and I couldn't believe it when the 50 mins were up. You don't need anything except for a mat for part of the last section.

I love this DVD! It is my favourite out of the 10 minute solution DVD's and I've got about 10 of them. I used to go to kickboxing classes while I lived in London, several days per week and a lot of the moves in this DVD are moves we used to do in the kickboxing classes.

I also find this instructor, Jessica Smith, the easiest instructor to listen to and watch. Some of the other instructors in the 10 minute solution DVD's are quite annoying and too peppy for my taste. Jessica is down to earth and matter of fact.

I'm new to the ten minute solutions ethos - and I LOVE it.
I'd been on a diet for the past ten months (with good results) but had reached a plateau and new it was time to man up and get exercising. I have a ten month old baby though - and not a lot of time - so this was perfect.
I've been doing two ten minute sections of the workout together for the past month (oh - and the way you can combine the ten minute sections in your own way - genius), and I'm very pleased with the results. My lower half is really coming along.
The instructor is the right balance of enthusiastic and supportive without being annoyingly peppy. The moves aren't that complicated - but man can you feel them working.

I'd really reccomend this dvd!

This is a really enjoyable workout DVD with easy to follow instructions and easy to use menus on the opening screen. There are 5 10 minute workouts which you can do individually or add together in any combination to form 10, 20, 30, 40 or 50 minute workouts. They are great fun to do and the time really does fly. It's even better if you get yourself some weighted gloves. My arms are definitely looking a bit more defined, although at the moment I'm still eating a lot due to long work days and not having time to prepare healthy food so my weight hasn't changed, but will sort that out next week when I start doing normal work days again.

Some people have mentioned that there's not much of a warm down afterwards, but each section has a tiny bit of time to do some warm down exercises, if you feel the need to do more then there's nothing stopping you.

The instructor is really good and full of energy and comes across as knowledgable, encouraging and fun. I really enjoy this DVD and use it on a daily basis, much more fun that running!

I have a few 10 minute solutions dvd's and i really would say, for me, this is the best one so far. I love all of the workouts on there, which range from just toning the arms, to a full cardio workout. I bought the gloves to go with it and they make a real difference when doing all exercises. It really is suitable for all fitness levels though which is great.
Would definitely recommend.

This dvd arrived from Amazon yesterday so I had my first go last night - loved it. Bought it as an alternative to my zumba dvds and it was very different but still lots of fun. The format of the 5 different 10min workouts is really good so you can keep up a varied workout and if you haven't a lot of time you can still squeeze in a single workout. The instructor wasn't too smiley or too irritating and each 10min workout has a short warm up and cool down so they are safe to do in isolation. Going home tonight to have another go and I've ordered some weighted gloves so I can some more resistance behind my punches. Recommend it to anyone (I have only been exercising for 1month - quite unfit and uncoordinated) and it's easy enough to follow.
