This was purchased along with 2 others from the series. I am greatly I pressed with the value for money these DVDS offer. The DVD is broken down into 5 ten minute workouts which vary from kick boxing to yoga. Each one is presented in a clear, easy to follow and offers some level of challenge. The sessions are enjoyable and easy to slot into a busy day. I would recommend this for anyone returning to exercise, there is enough level of challenge and once your skills / stamina have built up it is possible to combine workouts to provide longer sessions. Some of the challenges in the yoga section were a little hard a first but are achievable. The instructor offers choices of how to match exercise to ability. A very good series which I have already begun recommending to friends.

I've done loads of exercise DVDs over the years and having trained as a dancer/fitness teacher I know when something's put together well. I really like the 10 min concept as i can fit it in before or after work without any trouble. The delivery is good, professional and NOT cheesy! The exercises are varied and keep me interested. Being able to add sections together - or not, really works for me. I also bought the 10 mins solution - Dance Your Body Thin, which is good too.

Brilliant loved this DVD, it's ideal when you are busy and don't have that much time, anyone can pick this up and keep up, I don't think it's mega hard so perhaps not for a super fit person. But well worth it

Great DVD, as has several 10 minute sessions. Meaning you can do as much or little as you have time for. Each session good and several are quiet hard workouts.

I am becoming a real fan of these DVDs and so far this is my absolute favourite. I have been 'trying' to lose weight and get fit for most of my adult life and am usually pretty lazy and not very good at sticking to things :( however this DVD seems to be changing this! I do this DVD regularly and still enjoy it and can really tell the difference. I really like the instructor, I think she is clear with why she is teaching each exercise and what it is doing and its a great, simple mix of strength and toning and good old fashioned sweaty jumping around. Really recommend!
