I really am at odds with people who were not satisfied with this dvd.
Firstly, a couple said the moves were too difficult to follow, even for someone with prior (dance) experience... What a load of rubbish! I don't have any dance background, yet i found the moves fine. Yes, a few details you don't get straight away, but that makes it more interesting. And the moves are an absolute delight, so much so I've been incorporating them in my club outings. In fact, I have been looking forward to the mornings when it's this dvd's turn!
2nd criticism was that this dvd is too easy and... too difficult. Well, that's sorted then! This dvd is just right. I have been doing the full 50 minutes and feel I've burned plenty calories by the end of it (and I am in a relatively fit condition).
I have approximately 50 minutes of cardio every morning, for which i alternate days between: Fat Blasting Dance Mix (reviewed here), Hip Hop Abs and Ministry of Sound V4, all 3 absolutely great dvds. This here dvd is definitely my favourite in terms of sheer enjoyment, at least in the first 3 workouts, as the last two are a bit more exercise-y. Ab-solutely, totally recommended!
