I started off with the ''10 minute solution target toning for beginners'', but it got quite easy so I tried this one. |I already had it but it was just too hard to do at first. I persevered and now I just love this. I like the instructor; she gets on with it and doesn't mess about and the main thing is that it works. I really look forward to doing my workout now. That might sound a bit sad but I'm 63 and was determined to shape up. The workout is hard but I feel really good afterwards and the more I do it the easier it gets. Doing the Total fat burn was a nightmare at first, but after a bit I found I could do most of it. Before I started this exercising I took 8 CoCodemol a day because of pain with a dodgy hip. Now I take none. I wouldn't recommend that everyone do as I do, because you should really check with a doctor first but I didn't. You don't have to have bingo wings and a huge stomach when you reach 60. This is what I tell myself.
The only drawback is the music which is not nice.
