I <3 this DVD and have used it consistantly (3-4 times a week) since buying it.
The psychology of only having to do 10 minutes really works if you just aren't feeling up to much, but you do work hard in that time. I've noticed a huge improvement, from muscle definition to less bloating after eating, and put this down to exercising EVERY abdominal muscle.
The instructor is clear, gives easier/harder variations on the exercises, isn't annoyingly smiley (you know what I mean if you use other DVDs!!) and has an achievable physique so you don't feel disillusioned. No extras are required, you can use a towel or, in my case, a sofa cushion, when need be.
I cannot stress how worthwhile this DVD is, every section has a short warm up/cool down, the exercises are varied (although I find Flat Belly Fast and Six Pack Abs similar), the instructor is personable, and the results are amazing. I've WANTED to workout since having this DVD because it is enjoyable (really, even when you feel the burn!) and i've seen a huge change in my physique in 2 months.
