Forget all about those expensive beauty products calming to do all sorts of things for your skin and looks in looking good and younger. This books tells you what you REALLY need to know. It teaches you about the skin how it works and how to keep it in good nick. You learn how to do your own face massage, what oils to use to moisureise your face and how to make your own facial scrub. Beauty is not only about face lotions and postions but also about lifestyle in terms of sleep, stress, food etc. All this is covers.

If you just want to save money on your beauty products then this is for your. If you want to have a natural beauty then this book is for your. If you want to cut down on the chemicals that you add to your body then this book is also for your. I you want to educate yourself on beauty so that you can make informed choices about what you do about your longs to stay younger in the long run then this book is also for you.

I now use olive oil as a moisturer for all the family and make my own facial scrub. Now to learn to do a facial massage.

Book is well layed out and is a very easy read. Sections allow you to quickly jump to what you want to learn about.

A friend follows the practise from this book and looks 15 years younger where she has been using almond oil and face massages monthly. She learnt from a young woman from a beautiful friend lady how she manage to look so good...

Get this book and look your best for ever....

I stumbled upon this book at my local library recently and am still going through it. But I have started using its 4-minute facial massage (using olive oil) everyday for past 3 days and am already feeling a difference in my facial skin. It just looks more alive. I must tell that I am 30 years old and have struggled with acne all my youth and adult life and I have tried almost everything out there that my skin can endure with completely unsatisfactory results. So, when I came across this book, I decided to give the program a try. After all what did I have to lose after wasting so much on anti-acne and anti-aging products all these years.

For past 2 days I have also started doing the facial exercises and am still not comfortable with all of them, but am very hopeful about the results. The photos are helpful but I wish there were more illustrations from different angles.

I really like the way book explains about the skin and muscles with good diagrams. Also the information on essential oils is very useful about which I was completely ignorant till now. I plan to try some of the essential oils suitable for my acne prone skin for massage. Like I said above, for the past 3 days I've been using extra virgin olive oil for massage, the same that I use for cooking and haven't used my regular anti-acne moisturizer or night cream and my face doesn't feel dry or my acne worse.

I am going to review a couple more books on this subject but I have almost made up my mind to buy 2 copies of this book 1 for myself and 1 for my elder sister.
