This is for those who are starting from scratch and want to move quickly when learning the sax. The book is simple to understand and well laid out. Lots of big illustrations and all the info you need in bite-size chunks. You'll be skipping through the pages real quick.

The DVD and CD included are the real bonus. I find it a bit of neck ache trying to concentrate on the book and play the sax at the same time. Put the DVD in and the same info is on the screen. Perfect.

The CD has the exercises so you can play along when the DVD player isn't handy (or you could put em on your MP3 player).

All in all a great buy, well worth the money and it's one of those things you will use a lot and learn a lot.
