I do the 10-day detox at least once a year and while the two all-fruit days at the start of the diet are hard to get past, once you do, each day gets easier and easier until at the end you don't want to go back to the way you ate before - you really don't. I'm just finishing the 10 days and my skin and eyes are clearer, my energy is increased, my brain is unfugged and my trousers do up much more easily than they did 10 days ago. When I did it last year I stopped smoking for the 10 days and never started again. A small accessible book it has lots of useful information, explanations and recipes as well as day-by-day instructions. This diet is as valid today as it was when first published over 10 years ago.
