This is another in an excellent series of books written so well by Steve Scott on the importance of developing good habits in your life to enhance enjoyment and success. I have bought them all and will buy any more he writes in the future. The writing is clear and direct.There is no 'fluff', and there is a succinct guide on how to bring an important walking routine into your life in order to become more healthier.
