If you have purchased any of Jennifer Jolan's other articles then you may find yourself with a lot of repeated stuff here. Also, it seems to me the list of contents actually refers to the same tips but in different ways. e.g. 'How to use your finger tips to "burn" away fat deposits after meals' is exactly the same tip as 'How to "rub" belly fat away with the palm of your hand' - so why list it twice? If you haven't read any of Jolan's stuff before you may find her collection of tips interesting (although you are likely to have heard of a few of them elsewhere), but it's not interesting enough to buy twice.

There are a bunch of neat tips in this book that have allowed me to lose almost 3 kg rather fast without even putting much effort into it. I like that you can do all of this at home which has helped me stay consistent.

It's a short book, but if you're looking for new weight loss information then I don't think you will be disappointed with this book.

Have just discovered Jennifer Jolan's reports/books and I absolutely love the bite-sized tips and
ideas - I have been out this morning to do the jogging - have also had a cold shower on my return and completed the spinning - still more ideas to try out during the day. I have actually kept to the various routines - they are so easily fitted into my busy day - feel much more energetic - no more cat naps (I am a Senior Citizen!).

The tone of the books are so motivational - if I can stick to it, anyone can as I hate gyms they are so boring!

I've bought a lot of weight loss and diet books so I figure if I get 1 good tip from a book then it was a success for me. This book is loaded with a bunch of tips that I never knew.

All the tips are quick and easy to do as well. That makes it easy to do them all the time, which will end up helping with weight loss.

I just got this so I can't speak about any weight loss since it's only been 2 days, but the 1 minute weight loss tips along with the tips in the two bonus books were packed with new and for me, exciting, information on weight loss.

I can't recommend this enough because of all the good tips and the low cost to buy.

I am always buying books and usually get fed up, never getting to the end.
This book is quick to read and loaded with lots of tips that I never knew.

All tips are easy to do, so should be easy to do so I hope I will end up with weight loss.

Can't really say if it works yet, as I have not had time to put it into practice.

It can't be that bad as the tips are good and it is a good price, even when it is not free.
