Whilst the lead is of good quality, it is not a lead that will run an hd tv as a monitor from a pc. If this is what you want it for, do not purchase - save the time, money and disappointment!

I'm no expert but it seems you need a converter if you want to use this cable. Without one the cable is completely useless. Unfortunately the seller isn't clear on this. Possibly so they can fleece a few quid out of the few people who aren't computer nerd's. It's time the description was updated to reflect this. Or maybe they should simply be reported to trading standards for dishonest advertising.

The info states that this cable connects your PC to your TV.What it doesn't tell you is that you need an intermediate connector to change the output format for TV.

Not a good product
I bought the same product it absolutely west of money, the catch is the price where i stuck, most of the time you need a converter, don't do the same mistake like me.

will it convert too a vga signal
I needed a cable to convert component to VGA on a video projector, I was very skeptical as to whether it would work but it did a first class job and saved my bacon.
