Amazon Verified Purchase
The delivery of the 2 patio heaters was excellent. i received them the day after placing the order. The installation was quite easy though i did not use the fixing bolts provided although the looked substantial they are not my preferred fixing type. They heat the area well and the pink/orange glow gives a reassuring ambience. But i had one problem, the glass on one of the heaters cracked within a short time after switching them on. I think this could have been caused by over tightening the front cover during assembly. I have sent an E mail through Amazon to the supplier for to have it replaced. I think they are exceptional value for money as the materials used in manufacture are firat class and anyone wanting this type of heater will be hard pushed to find anything better in the market place at the asking price. It's a pity about the broken glass otherwise it would have been 5 stars.1.3 Kw halogen patio heater.

Very good product. Good heat output for low energy rating. Tried ceramic heater before this which was 2.8kw and could barely feel it. Had problem with the lamp and emailed the company, I recieved a new one next day before I had a chance to read the email from them telling me they had sent a new one. Great service and recommended product.
Very good postage, really prompt. good sturdy lamp, heat is only enough for small patio, easy to fit if you have basic d.i.y skills ****
